1. Applicability
1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements concluded between Back in Use and the users of the webshop.
1.2 By using the Back in Use webshop, you agree to these general terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the webshop.
2. Account Registration
2.1 In order to use the full functionality of the webshop, you must create an account.
2.2 You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide during registration is truthful and up to date.
2.3 Your account details are personal and may not be provided to third parties.
3. Product Information
3.1 Back in Use strives to provide accurate and complete information about the products offered on the webshop. Nevertheless, errors or imperfections may occur. Back in Use is not liable for any damage resulting from incorrect or incomplete product information.
4. Orders
4.1 By placing an order in the webshop, you enter into a binding agreement with Back in Use.
4.2 Back in Use reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders without statement of reasons.
4.3 Prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice.
5. Payments
5.1 Payments in the webshop can be made via the offered payment methods.
5.2 All prices are stated in the currency indicated in the webshop and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
5.3 You are responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or other charges that may apply to your order.
5.4 Payments by means of eco-cheques must always be carried out using eco-cheques in your own name. Back in Use reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that do not comply with this condition in case of suspected identity fraud.
6. Delivery
6.1 Back in Use strives to deliver orders as sustainably as possible, but does not guarantee a specific delivery time. However, we do aim to deliver your order within 5 working days.
6.2 The risk of loss or damage to products passes to you at the time of delivery.
6.3 Any shipping costs will be mentioned during the ordering process, but they are usually free of charge unless stated otherwise.
7. Returns
7.1 You have the right to return products within fourteen (14) days of receipt, according to your statutory right of withdrawal, provided they are in their original condition.
7.2 If you wish to return a product, you must notify Back in Use in advance and follow the return instructions.
7.3 The costs for return shipments are at your own expense, unless agreed otherwise.
7.4 Returned products purchased with eco-cheques will always be refunded by means of vouchers equal to the purchase value of the returned product.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All intellectual property rights regarding the webshop and its content, such as texts, images, and logos, are the property of Back in Use or its licensors.
8.2 It is not permitted to use or make changes to the intellectual property of Back in Use without the prior written consent of Back in Use.
9. Liability
9.1 Back in Use is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the webshop.
9.2 Back in Use is not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from the use of external links or websites linked to the webshop.
10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1 These general terms and conditions are governed by the law of the country in which Back in Use is established.
10.2 Disputes arising from these general terms and conditions will be submitted to the competent court of the place of business of Back in Use, unless mandatory statutory provisions require otherwise.
